Chapter 01 · The Producer
Capim Seco smallholders, in Brazil's Cerrado heartland.
Capim Seco sits in the Cerrado Mineiro, the highland savannah that produces some of Brazil's most chocolate-and-caramel forward coffees. Cherries are sun-dried slowly on patios in the dry-season sun, locking in the dense sweetness Brazilian Naturals are loved for. Cofinet's Regional Plus tier means the lot is a community blend punching above its weight — fair pay for the producers, brownie-and-fudge depth in the cup.Regional Plus · Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil
In the cup
Brownie, peanut, fudge, scroggin sweetness. Indulgent and easy to love.

II · In the Cup
Chocolate brownie, peanut, caramel fudge, scroggin sweetness.
It's everything a Brazilian Natural should be. Brownie batter up front, peanut and caramel-toffee body, long fudge-and-scroggin finish. Loud, indulgent, easy to love.
Chapter 02 · The Ritual
Built for espresso. Made for milk.
Espresso first — short, sweet, dense. Pull a standard double at a 1:2 ratio in 28–32 seconds for a brownie-and-fudge shot that holds milk in any shape (latte, flat white, mocha, magic). Equally happy black if you like a sweet, dessert-style shot.
