Otherwise NZD $9 ($15 Rural)
Express Courier (1-2 working days)

Australia

DHL Express $20 (1-3 working days)

Rest of the World

DHL Express (3-5 workings days)

We’ve chosen to absorb much of the shipping cost to make our coffees more accessible worldwide. While the true cost to us is significantly higher, our goal is simple: to connect with the global coffee community and deliver a world-class experience. We want everyone to SL.OW down. 

Terms

We typically dispatch items within 24-72hrs, Monday-Friday. Orders after 1pm NZT on Friday, Saturday & Sunday are sent on Monday morning. 

From time to time we will sell an item as a Pre-Order, however this will be clearly stated on the product page prior to checkout.

Duties & Taxes

Currently for USA there is no import charges but this will change 1st May. We will continue to monitor this situation as it evolves. 

If you refuse to pay your local duties or import tax, your order will be refunded less the cost of shipping (x2).
