All of our coffee is roasted in the Waikato on a state-of-the-art Loring roaster—engineered for precision, consistency, and low emissions.

We source our coffees through a trusted network of importers across Aotearoa. This approach allows us to access some of the world’s best coffees while ensuring transparency, traceability, and fair pricing for producers.

We prioritise seasonal and traceable lots, rotating offerings to highlight the best coffee available at any given time.

Every batch is roasted into reusable containers, then packed into either reusable buckets for our wholesale partners or environmentally friendly bags for our online community.

It’s part of our commitment to reducing waste without compromising quality.

Quality Control

Each roast is cupped and tasted before it leaves our roastery, ensuring it meets the high standard we hold ourselves to.

Slow was born from a desire to connect—to people, to moments, and to the origin of things. Coffee just happens to be our medium.
