Chapter 01 · The Producer
Grown by the Urban family on Rio Brilhante, deep in Brazil's Minas Gerais.
Custard Slice celebrates the comforting side of Brazilian coffee, sourced from Rio Brilhante in Minas Gerais and produced by the Urban family. With generations of farming experience behind them, the family has built one of Brazil's most respected specialty estates, pairing large-scale production with a real commitment to quality, sustainability and the surrounding environment. The coffee is machine-harvested then carefully hand-sorted for only the ripest cherries. It spends eight days drying under the Brazilian sun on concrete patios before a further forty hours in rotary dryers — building a clean, sweet profile while preserving the rich character of the natural process. A blend of Arara and Catuaí 62, two varieties well suited to the region's warm climate, it cups beautifully balanced and remarkably consistent. The Urban Family · Rio Brilhante, Minas Gerais

II · In the Cup
Creamy vanilla custard, buttery pastry, milk chocolate and marzipan.
It drinks like the name: creamy vanilla custard and buttery pastry up front, smooth milk chocolate building through the middle, and a soft marzipan sweetness on the finish. Rich, comforting and effortlessly easy to drink.
Chapter 02 · The Ritual
An espresso made for milk. Pull it, pour it, enjoy.
This one shines as a latte or flat white — the custard-and-pastry sweetness cuts straight through steamed milk. Black espresso drinkers will find it smooth and low in acidity, easy any time of day.
