Ethiopian Naturals are some of our favourite coffees in the world. They offer a more tea-like texture than most, something light and delicate that rewards patience. We tasted this one and it felt like little delights. It reminded us of heading to a French bakery on a Sunday morning. Hence the name. A coffee everyone will enjoy.

Chapter 01 · The Producer
Guji Gogogu, on the cool slopes of Ethiopia.
Sourced from smallholder farmers around the village of Gogogu, high in Guji — one of Ethiopia's most celebrated growing regions. Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and sun-dried slowly on raised beds, locking in the syrupy sweetness Naturals are loved for. Opal Coffee, our import partner, work alongside the local washing station to keep the lots tightly traceable and the farmers fairly rewarded.Smallholder cooperative · Guji Zone
In the cup
Tea-like in texture and unmistakably Ethiopian. Ferrero Rocher — hazelnut, milk chocolate, almond croissant warmth. Orange zest on the finish. Sweet, clean, gently aromatic.

II · In the Cup
Hazelnut praline, almond pastry, a flicker of citrus.
Tea-like in texture and unmistakably Ethiopian. The first sip leans into Ferrero Rocher — hazelnut, milk chocolate, the warmth of an almond croissant. Orange zest lifts the finish. Sweet, clean, and gently aromatic.
Chapter 02 · The Ritual
Brew it slow, let the sweetness bloom.
Best as a long, gentle filter — V60 or Orea on a 1:16.5 ratio, water just off the boil. Let the body settle and the orange notes lift on the finish. Equally lovely as a delicate espresso for those who like their shots sweet and aromatic.
