Three pieces that do one job well.
The O1 gives you a flat bed that forgives an uneven pour. The Sensory Carafe holds the aroma until you're ready to pour. The paper decides how clean the cup is.It's the set we'd hand anyone starting out, and the one we'd want to brew our own coffees on.

The O1 sits flush on the carafe's wide mouth. The papers are cut for the O1 bed. Nothing to adapt, nothing to work around.
Chapter 02 · How to brew with it
Paper, brew, pour.
Rinse the paper in the O1. Set the O1 on the carafe. Dose at 1:16, bloom for 45 seconds, then pour to your total weight. Aim for around 3:00. Swirl once, then pour.
