Chapter 01 · The maker
Sibarist. The Barcelona studio that rethought filter paper.
Sibarist set out to fix the most overlooked part of the brew: the paper. Their FAST paper has a high-porosity structure that lowers resistance and speeds the drawdown, for more clarity without changing your recipe. Every filter is made in Barcelona from 100% organic paper.Sibarist · Barcelona, Spain
Why we love it
Faster drawdowns, cleaner cups.
The wave shape keeps the bed flat and the flow even. The FAST paper does the rest: a quicker drawdown, and a cup that tastes sweeter and clearer.
Chapter 02 · How to brew with it
Rinse, then brew.
Pre-rinse the filter with hot water for about 30 seconds. Discard the rinse water, add your grounds and brew.
